Time flies. It is hard to believe I began this real estate journey as a profession in 2003. I have seen exciting changes since then. Home styles change. Clients are more educated thanks to modern technology and having the internet at their fingertips. Positives such as new metro growth and diverse home choices have never been so strong. Arizona has become a popular spot for new industry both nationally and internationally. But one thing will always be timeless in our community. That is the human interaction in the transaction.
The Particular Partners Group at Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage formed in 2019. We wanted to offer our clients the utmost care, trust and relationship-building that will make them remember their buying or selling experience. In an age of technology and self service, we wanted to create something that honors the human touch with each client and offer a quality experience for even the most particular of home seekers and sellers. That is why I am pleased to be a part of the Particular Partners group with my colleague Mike Korzen.
My journey to real estate began as a small child in Nebraska. I helped my father, a homebuilder, pick up scrap material on weekends as he checked on the homes he was building. Zoom forward to 2003 and I had my first new home sales job in Phoenix. My passion for the industry began in the Southwest and it has led to a very exciting run being a top producer and agent.
When our market changed in 2008 and 2022, we all had to adapt as well. Change is constant in this industry. Whether this be navigating a buyers or sellers market, getting creative with higher interest rate solutions, or thinking outside traditional boxes, my sales partner and I strive to do what’s best for our clients. We have experienced many facets of changing markets in traditional real estate, short sales, and relocation. Personally, I also realized how many buyers from my native Nebraska (and nearby Iowa, Minnesota and Illinois) loved buying second homes in Arizona. It is a market niche that is fun and unique. And what an awesome time it’s been helping Huskers in the desert!
I have been a resident of Phoenix since 1997, and have enjoyed watching this metro area grow into a thriving and diverse place in the areas of the people, economy, industry, and reinvented and new communities. I have lived and worked in practically every area and suburb. In addition to the metro area, Mike and I also work in Sedona/Verde Valley, Prescott, Maricopa and Casa Grande.
I look forward to learning more about your particular buyer and seller needs.
